By purchasing a course, creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Nature of Our Services

PadhoSeekho operates as an online e-learning and digital educational service platform. Courses may include recorded lessons, text, graphics, downloadable learning resources, online educational materials and other digital content depending upon the applicable course.

Our services are intended for educational and skill-development purposes.

Account Registration

Certain courses may require users to create or maintain an account. Users are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Course access purchased for an individual learner is intended for that authorized learner unless the applicable course expressly permits otherwise.

Users must not unlawfully share, resell, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit protected course materials.

Course Information and Pricing

The current description, price and applicable features of a course will be displayed on the relevant product/course page at the time of purchase.

Prices and promotional offers may change from time to time. A later change in price does not ordinarily alter a transaction that has already been successfully completed.

Payments

Customers must use legitimate payment methods that they are authorized to use.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment gateway providers. Successful enrollment may depend on receipt of successful payment confirmation.

If a payment is pending, failed or reversed, course activation may remain pending until the transaction is successfully confirmed.

Digital Delivery

PadhoSeekho primarily sells digital educational products and online courses.

After successful payment, purchased course access is normally provided immediately through the user's account or the applicable digital delivery mechanism.

No physical shipping is required for a purely digital course.

Refund and Cancellation

Because our courses constitute digital content and access is normally provided immediately after successful payment, orders are normally non-cancellable and non-refundable once course access has been successfully provided/activated, subject to applicable law.

This does not prevent us from investigating cases such as confirmed duplicate payments, successful payment without delivery/access due to a verified technical problem, or other circumstances where a refund or corrective action is legally required or otherwise determined appropriate after verification.

Educational Disclaimer

PadhoSeekho does not guarantee that purchasing or completing any course will produce employment, a specified income, business revenue, freelance work, examination success, promotion or any other particular result.

Course titles or educational examples relating to income, business growth or career opportunities are educational in nature and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of earnings.

Users are responsible for their own decisions and implementation of information learned through courses.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, course content, website materials, graphics, text, training resources and other proprietary material available through PadhoSeekho are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

Purchasing a course provides the learner with access/use rights according to the applicable offering. It does not transfer ownership of copyrights or other intellectual-property rights.

Unauthorized copying, screen recording for redistribution, resale, mass sharing, uploading to piracy platforms or commercial redistribution is prohibited.

Acceptable Use

Users must not attempt to compromise website security, gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, misuse payment mechanisms, distribute malicious software, conduct fraudulent transactions, abuse other users or use the platform for unlawful activities.
