Refund Policy
Page Title: Cancellation & Refund Policy – PadhoSeekho
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to digital courses and online educational products purchased from PadhoSeekho through padhoseekho.online.
Please carefully review this policy before purchasing a course.
Digital Product Policy
PadhoSeekho primarily provides online courses and digital educational content.
Unlike physical goods, our digital products do not require conventional physical shipping. Course access is normally activated immediately after successful payment confirmation.
Cancellation
Because processing and digital delivery may begin immediately after successful payment, an order cannot normally be cancelled once access to the purchased course/digital content has been successfully activated or delivered.
Customers should therefore review the course title, description, price and other available information before completing payment.
General No-Refund Rule
Once a successful payment has been confirmed and access to the purchased digital course has been successfully provided, the purchase is normally final and non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
A refund will ordinarily not be provided merely because the learner changes their mind after gaining access, does not complete the course, does not use the available course, expected a different personal outcome, or later finds another course/service.
Duplicate Payment
If a technical/payment issue causes the same customer to make multiple successful payments for the same order/course unintentionally, the customer should contact us with the relevant transaction details.
After verification, an eligible duplicate transaction may be refunded or otherwise appropriately resolved.
Payment Successful but Course Not Delivered
If money has been successfully debited and the transaction is confirmed as successful but the purchased course is not activated because of a verified technical problem on our side, customers should first contact us.
Our priority will generally be to provide the purchased course/access.
If delivery cannot reasonably be completed after verification, the matter may be resolved through an appropriate refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances and applicable requirements.
Failed/Pending Transactions
A bank debit does not always mean that PadhoSeekho has received a successful payment confirmation. A transaction can sometimes remain pending or fail.
Where the payment provider/bank automatically reverses an unsuccessful transaction, the timing of the reversal is controlled by the relevant banking/payment systems.
Customers should contact their bank/payment provider where appropriate and may also contact PadhoSeekho with the transaction details for assistance.
How to Raise a Request
Send your request to:
Email: chatapipro@gmail.com
Mobile: +91 8467892371
Please provide your name, registered email/mobile number, course name, transaction/order ID, payment date and description of the issue.
Never send your OTP, UPI PIN, CVV or banking password.
Verification
All refund/cancellation requests are subject to transaction and delivery verification. Submission of a request does not automatically mean that a refund has been approved.
Where a refund is approved, processing and credit timelines may depend on the payment gateway, bank or payment method used.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us first regarding legitimate course-access or transaction problems so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
